Adding Your First Store

A store in MenuPlat represents one physical restaurant location. Before you can set up screens or a QR menu, you need to add at least one store. This guide walks you through the process.

Stores page

In the left sidebar of your dashboard, click “Stores”.

If you haven’t added any stores yet, you’ll see an empty state with an “Add New Store” button. Click it.

A form will appear asking for your store’s information:

FieldRequired?Description
Store NameYesThe name of this location (e.g., “Kadıköy Branch”, “Main Street”)
DescriptionNoAn internal note about this store, for your reference
AddressNoThe physical address of the location
PhoneNoContact phone number for this location

Click “Save” or “Create Store” to add the store.

You’ll be taken back to the Stores list where your new store now appears.

Now that your store is created, here are the typical next steps:

Connect a display device to show your menu content. See Setting Up a Screen.

Generate a QR code for customers to scan at the table. See Setting Up QR Menu.

Make sure your menu items are in the system. See Creating Menu Items.

You can add additional stores by repeating this process. Each new store gets its own screens, QR menu configuration, and can have its own pricing.

The number of stores you can add depends on your subscription plan. If you need more stores than your current plan allows, you can upgrade in Dashboard → Settings → Subscription.

To edit a store’s details, click the store name in the Stores list and then click “Edit”. You can update the name, description, and address at any time.

To delete a store, open the store and look for the “Delete Store” option in the settings. Note that deleting a store will also remove all screens and QR menu configurations associated with it.
