First Login

Once you have a MenuPlat account, you can log in from any browser at any time.

Logging In

1. Go to menuplat.com/auth/login
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Click “Sign In”

After a successful login, you’ll be redirected to:

• The Dashboard if you’ve already completed setup
• The Setup Wizard if this is your first login and you haven’t configured your account yet

Forgot Your Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click “Forgot password?” below the sign-in button
3. Enter your email address and click “Send Reset Link”
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from MenuPlat
5. Click the link in the email — it will open a page where you can set a new password
6. Enter and confirm your new password
7. You’ll be redirected to the login page — sign in with your new password

Note

Password reset links expire after 1 hour. If the link has expired, simply request a new one from the login page.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you or your organization administrator has enabled two-factor authentication on your account, the login flow includes an extra step:

1. Enter your email and password as normal
2. You’ll be prompted to enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy)
3. Enter the code and click “Verify”

If you’ve lost access to your authenticator app, use one of your backup codes that were provided when you first set up 2FA. See Two-Factor Authentication for more details.

Staying Logged In

MenuPlat keeps you logged in for a standard session period. If you’re on a shared or public computer, make sure to log out when you’re done by clicking your profile picture or initials in the top right corner and selecting “Log Out”.

Logging In on Multiple Devices

You can be logged in to MenuPlat from multiple devices at the same time — for example, your office computer and your phone. Each session is independent.
