Dashboard Overview

The MenuPlat dashboard is your central control panel for managing everything about your restaurant’s digital menus. This page explains the key areas you’ll see after logging in.

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a summary of key metrics:

  • Total Stores — How many store locations you have configured
  • Active Screens — The number of display screens currently connected and online
  • Total Products — How many menu items are in your catalogue
  • QR Scans Today — How many customers have scanned your QR menu codes today

These stats give you a quick health check of your setup at a glance.

The left sidebar is your main navigation. Here’s what each item does:

The dashboard also provides quick action buttons for the most common tasks:

  • Add Store — Jump directly to creating a new store location
  • Add Screen — Set up a new display screen
  • Add Product — Create a new menu item
  • View Reports — Go to your analytics and reports

If you manage multiple store locations, a store selector dropdown appears at the top of the dashboard. Selecting a store filters the dashboard to show data for that location only, helping you focus on one branch at a time.

The bell icon in the top navigation bar shows system notifications, such as:

  • A screen that has gone offline
  • A team member invitation that was accepted
  • Subscription renewal reminders

Click your name or avatar in the top right corner to access:

  • Profile Settings — Change your name, email, or password
  • Security Settings — Enable or manage two-factor authentication
  • Log Out — End your current session

Now that you’re familiar with the dashboard, here’s what to do next:
