Creating an Account

Creating a MenuPlat account takes just a few minutes. Follow the steps below to get set up.

Step 1: Go to menuplat.com

Open your browser and navigate to menuplat.com. Click the “Get Started” or “Sign Up” button on the homepage.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

On the registration page, enter your business email address. This will be your login email — use an email address you have regular access to, as you’ll need it to verify your account and receive important notifications.

Tip

Use a business email address rather than a personal one if you plan to share account access with your team.

Step 3: Verify Your Email

After entering your email, MenuPlat sends a 6-digit verification code to your inbox.

• Check your email inbox for a message from MenuPlat
• The verification code is valid for 10 minutes
• Enter the 6-digit code on the verification screen

Note

If you don’t see the email within a couple of minutes, check your spam or junk folder. You can also click “Resend code” on the verification screen if needed.

Step 4: Complete Your Profile

Once your email is verified, you’ll be asked to complete your profile:

Field	Description
Full Name	Your name (the account owner)
Organization Name	Your restaurant or business name
Password	Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
Confirm Password	Re-enter your password

Click “Complete Registration” to create your account.

Step 5: Setup Wizard

After registration, you’ll be taken to the setup wizard. This wizard helps you:

1. Add your first store (restaurant location)
2. Configure basic settings
3. Get familiar with the dashboard

You can complete the wizard or skip it and explore the dashboard on your own — all these steps can be done later from the dashboard.

What Happens Next

Once your account is created, you can:

• Add your first store
• Set up a digital screen
• Create your menu products
• Configure your QR menu
