How many stores can I have?
Section titled “How many stores can I have?”The number of stores depends on your subscription plan:
- Free: 1 store
- Starter: 3 stores
- Professional: 10 stores
- Enterprise: Unlimited
If you need more stores, you can upgrade your plan from Dashboard → Settings → Subscription.
How do I connect a screen to MenuPlat?
Section titled “How do I connect a screen to MenuPlat?”- Create a screen entry in Dashboard → Screens → Add Screen
- On your display device (TV, monitor, tablet), open Google Chrome and navigate to the display URL shown in your screen settings
- Chrome will show a pairing code on the display
- In the dashboard, open the screen and enter the pairing code to connect

Can customers place orders through the QR menu?
Section titled “Can customers place orders through the QR menu?”Yes — if you enable ordering in your QR menu settings and you’re on a Professional or Enterprise plan. Customers can browse the menu, add items to a cart, and submit their order. Orders appear in Dashboard → Orders in real time.
The Free and Starter plans support QR menu browsing only (no ordering).
What devices work for digital menu screens?
Section titled “What devices work for digital menu screens?”Any device with Google Chrome or a Chromium-based browser can be a MenuPlat display screen:
- Windows, Mac, or Linux computers connected to a TV/monitor
- Android TVs or tablets running Chrome
- Raspberry Pi or mini PCs connected to a TV
- Smart TVs with a Chrome app
We recommend a dedicated mini PC (like a Raspberry Pi or Intel NUC) running Chrome in kiosk mode for the most reliable, always-on setup.
How do I change the menu language?
Section titled “How do I change the menu language?”For the QR menu: If you’ve entered product names and descriptions in multiple languages, customers can switch languages using the language selector in the QR menu interface. The default language is set in your store’s QR settings.
For the dashboard interface: The MenuPlat dashboard is currently available in English and Turkish. You can switch the interface language in Profile → Settings → Language.
Can I use MenuPlat for multiple restaurant brands?
Section titled “Can I use MenuPlat for multiple restaurant brands?”Yes. Under one MenuPlat account, you can manage stores from different brands. Each store can have a different name, QR menu appearance, and product catalogue. If you need completely separate branding and white-labeling, the Enterprise plan supports custom domains and removal of MenuPlat branding.
How do I update menu prices?
Section titled “How do I update menu prices?”- Go to Dashboard → Products
- Click on the product whose price you want to change
- Update the price
- Click “Save”
The new price is immediately reflected on all screens and QR menus. No restart or republish required.

Is there a mobile app for managing MenuPlat?
Section titled “Is there a mobile app for managing MenuPlat?”MenuPlat’s management dashboard is a responsive web application that works well on mobile browsers, so you can make updates from your phone without installing an app. A dedicated iOS/Android app for restaurant managers is on the product roadmap.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Section titled “How do I cancel my subscription?”- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
- Click “Cancel Subscription” and confirm
Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the Free plan. Your data (stores, products, screens) is preserved.
Can I try MenuPlat for free?
Section titled “Can I try MenuPlat for free?”Yes! The Free plan lets you use MenuPlat with no time limit — it includes 1 store, 1 screen, and 50 products. No credit card is required to sign up for the Free plan.

What happens to my QR codes if I change my subscription?
Section titled “What happens to my QR codes if I change my subscription?”Your QR codes and QR menu URLs do not change when you upgrade or downgrade your plan. Existing QR codes printed on menus, table tents, or stickers continue to work.
Can I export my menu data?
Section titled “Can I export my menu data?”Yes. You can export your product list as a CSV from Dashboard → Products → Export. Report data (orders, analytics) can also be exported in CSV or Excel format from the Reports section.
