Stores
In MenuPlat, a store represents a single physical restaurant location. If you operate multiple branches of your restaurant, each branch is a separate store in MenuPlat.

What Is a Store?
Section titled “What Is a Store?”A store is the top-level container for all the digital menu activity at one physical location. Everything in MenuPlat — screens, QR menus, products, and pricing — is ultimately associated with a store.
When you create a store, you define:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Store Name | The name of the location (e.g., “Main Street Branch”, “Airport Terminal 2”) |
| Description | An optional description for internal reference |
| Address | The physical address of the location |
What Belongs to a Store
Section titled “What Belongs to a Store”Each store has its own set of:
- Digital screens — The display devices connected at that location
- QR menu configuration — QR codes and menu settings specific to this location
- Playlists — Content playlists assigned to this store’s screens
- Pricing tier — You can set different prices per store if you have multiple locations
Multiple Stores Under One Account
Section titled “Multiple Stores Under One Account”You can manage multiple stores under a single MenuPlat account. This is ideal for:
- Restaurant chains with multiple branches
- Food court operators managing several concepts in one place
- Franchise operators with shared branding but location-specific menus
The number of stores you can create depends on your subscription plan:
| Plan | Max Stores |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 store |
| Starter | 3 stores |
| Professional | 10 stores |
| Enterprise | Unlimited |
Store-Level vs. Account-Level Settings
Section titled “Store-Level vs. Account-Level Settings”Some settings apply to your entire account (like your organization name and subscription), while others are configured per store:
- Account-level: Team members, subscription, branding defaults
- Store-level: Screen connections, QR menu settings, store address, specific pricing
Switching Between Stores
Section titled “Switching Between Stores”From the dashboard, use the store selector dropdown at the top to switch between your stores. The dashboard, screens list, and reports will update to show data for the selected store.
