Subscription Plans

MenuPlat offers several subscription plans to suit businesses of different sizes — from single-location cafés to large restaurant chains. This page explains what each plan includes and how to upgrade.

The Free plan is perfect for getting started and seeing how MenuPlat works for your restaurant. It includes:

  • 1 store location
  • 1 digital screen
  • Up to 50 products
  • QR menu (browse only, no ordering)
  • Basic analytics
  • 1 user (account owner only)

The Free plan has no time limit — you can use it as long as you like.

The Starter plan is designed for small independent restaurants:

  • 3 store locations
  • 5 digital screens
  • 200 products
  • QR menu
  • Basic layout editor
  • Standard analytics
  • Up to 3 team members

The Professional plan is ideal for growing restaurant chains and businesses that need advanced features:

  • 10 store locations
  • 25 digital screens
  • Unlimited products
  • QR ordering enabled — customers can place orders through the QR menu
  • Dynamic pricing — price tiers, time-based pricing, location pricing
  • Content scheduling — playlists automatically switch at configured times
  • Full layout editor
  • Advanced analytics and exports
  • API access for integrations
  • Priority customer support
  • Up to 10 team members

The Enterprise plan is for large chains, franchise operators, and businesses with complex requirements:

  • Unlimited stores, screens, and users
  • All Professional features included
  • Custom domain — host the QR menu on your own domain (e.g., menu.yourrestaurant.com)
  • White label — remove MenuPlat branding from customer-facing interfaces
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) — guaranteed uptime commitments
  • Dedicated account manager
  • Custom integrations and onboarding support
  • Volume pricing available

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
  2. Review the available plans
  3. Click “Upgrade” on the plan you want
  4. Enter your payment details
  5. Confirm the subscription

Your new plan features are activated immediately after payment.

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually (annual billing provides a discount)
  • Invoices are emailed to the account owner’s email address
  • You can download past invoices from Settings → Subscription → Billing History

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
  2. Click “Cancel Subscription”
  3. Confirm the cancellation

After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained — you won’t lose your stores, products, or settings.
